Ministries and Projects
Prisons Ministry:
Bringing Hope and Redemption
Our Prisons Ministry aims to share the transformative message of hope and redemption in Christ with individuals in correctional facilities. We strive for every inmate to encounter Jesus, and experience love and forgiveness in Christ. We provide spiritual guidance, prayer, and Bibles to support their faith journey and nurture their relationship with God. Through these efforts, we seek to inspire lasting change and renew their sense of purpose, affirming that no one is beyond the reach of God's grace.
Juvenile Aftercare Program:
Our Juvenile Aftercare Program offers guidance and mentorship to young individuals transitioning back into their communities after detention. We work closely with them, providing skills training, emotional support, and spiritual counselling to foster self-confidence and a sense of purpose. By connecting them with mentors and community resources, we aim to help them navigate the challenges of reintegration and to build a positive, and productive future.
Support for Children of Incarcerated Mothers
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by children of incarcerated parents, we provide emotional and spiritual support to these young ones. Through mentorship, educational resources, and community activities, we offer stability and encouragement, helping them thrive in times of adversity. Our goal is to be a source of hope, reminding each child that they are loved, valued, and capable of achieving their dreams.
Hospital Ministry
Our Hospital Ministry extends God’s love to those facing physical and emotional challenges. We visit patients, offering prayer, encouragement, and companionship to those who feel isolated or overwhelmed. For families struggling with medical expenses, we provide financial support to help ease the burden, allowing them to focus on healing and recovery.
Transformative Revival Services
HYM collaborates with churches and women's groups to organize transformative revival services. These gatherings are designed to sharpen the spiritual awareness of believers, empowering them to live lives of purpose, balance, and fulfilment. Ultimately, these services deepen the connection with God, offering a powerful encounter that brings healing, deliverance, and salvation to everyone who attends.
